All artwork sales and commissions will be handled with the utmost care. I make every effort to make all sales as transparent and easy as possible for my customers and collectors. It is my sincerest wish that you will be very happy with your purchase and I do my very best to represent my work honestly and clearly in photographs. Please read descriptions and dimensions carefully and compare colours on different screens if necessary and do email me with any questions you may have, or to see additional photos, before buying.
Originals. Please be aware that all original artwork sales are final, including bespoke pieces and commissioned works. All wrapping, packaging and delivery services are carried out with diligence and only reputable insured courier services will be used. NB: ** In the unusual event of any damage to an original work occurring in transit, please email within 24hrs with photos and I will get straight back to you and advise/resolve accordingly.
Digital and Screen Printed Editions. If you wish to cancel or change your order then please do so within 8 hrs. The digital editions are printed to order up to the number in the edition and therefore a 20% reprint fee will be payable if you wish to cancel or change your print order after 8 hrs. Customers are responsible for return P&P costs to exchange prints. Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints and my work, I cannot accept returns on print orders that are delivered rolled.
Damage: Extreme care will be taken packaging and sending your print, but if in the unusual event that it arrives damaged please email me within 24hrs at email@example.com and send photos of any damage so that I can be in touch with the courier company and advise on the best way to return. **
** Do not accept or sign for damaged packages and retain all relevant delivery information, inc original packaging.
** please do not return originals or prints before notifying me by email first.
**Please unpack carefully in a clean space when it arrives, I cannot be held responsible for work that is damaged after the work is unwrapped and in the customers care. Rolled works should be unpacked carefully in accordance with instructions, as soon as possible after delivery.
**All deliveries will be made using a signed for service. Please make sure someone will be available to take delivery. I cannot be responsible for delays, lost items and mishandling by courier companies or the Royal Mail so please check with them first if you have not received your order.
