PRICING  All our prices are listed in GBP Sterling

HOW CAN I PAY?  All online payments are processed through Paypal. You can shop safely and securely via Paypal with a credit or debit card, whether you have a Paypal account or not. Paypal provides full buyer and seller protection.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?  We can send almost everything to almost everywhere! Shipping charges vary with the size, value, and fragility of each item. If your country isn’t listed please email us for a delivery quote. Shipping charges are always the responsibility of the buyer and individual countries may have different import taxes and rules. Buyers are responsible for any additional duties and taxes that the postal service in your home country may charge. We cannot take responsibility for any any delays that may be caused by the postal and customs processing services in other countries and would ask that you research your local rules and regulations before ordering.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT? We aim to ship all orders within 7 working days although most of the time we will send out your order within three days. Please allow longer at busier times and if ordering special / bespoke items when delivery can take up to six weeks.  If your order is urgent we will always do our best to rush an order out for a special reason, so please DO email if you need something to arrive in a hurry.

CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?  YES! We are happy to include gift wrapping and a personal message card if your order is a special present for someone, please email us when you order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR RETURN SOMETHING I’M NOT HAPPY WITH?  If you wish to cancel your order before it is sent out please contact us straight away by telephone or via email within 3 days. We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchases, however we understand sometimes things just don’t work out, so if you are unhappy with your order please let us know in writing via email within a week of receiving your item(s) and we will deal with your request. You should return your order in unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund upon receipt of the item(s). Maxine Sutton Studio does not cover the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty. NB: please notify us straightaway if the item(s) you receive are faulty in any way. When returning items please obtain proof of postage as Maxine Sutton Studio cannot be responsible for any goods that may be lost in transit.

THE ITEM I WANTED HAS SOLD OUT – WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN? Lots of our pieces are one off’s, limited editions or made in small batches with special materials, so we cannot guarantee that things will be available again. But please send us an email and we will see what we can do.

COMMISSIONS Please email or call us if you are interested in commissioning any bespoke items. The minimum cost for commissioned items starts at £150.
